The view from the hotel window . . .
The gold in the altar of Santo Domingo was glistening. We watched the artists applying color to a new side chapel and yes . . . that's gold leaf.
Saying good-bye to the Drapers was just a little bit sad, but we couldn't wallow in the misery. We had a bus to catch.
