Luigi Monte #7

We had a great place to spend our Rovinj holiday last year, but we spent a couple of days looking for an improved view.  We found it.  Along with some other improvements.
Here's the view from the terrace.  The grape arbor extends about 12 feet.  Beyond that there is a small road with very limited traffic.  Beyond the road is a swath of grass about 100 feet wide, then a bit of beach - maybe 20 feet - and beyond that the ocean.  The tower in the distance is the bell tower for the church of St. Euphemia.  We can hear the bells across the water.  The town of Rovinj is about a mile from the apartment.

When we looked at the apartment last fall, the kitchen was a sad little affair, but before we arrived our landlady installed a brand new kitchen.  It's extremely compact but it has everything I need.  I would like to have an oven, but I don't really need one.
French doors in the bedroom open onto the terrace, but in this room the real improvement is the bed itself. More information about that only if you ask personally.
We love the terrace.  When we are at the apartment and not cooking or sleeping, this is where we spend most of our time.  We've been able to eat almost all our meals out there and it's a great place to sit and read.

Even the address is cool:  Luigi Monte #7.
