Vivoda Winery

The wine we drink comes to us in plastic water bottles.  Don't think it's not quality wine.  It is!  And the winery itself is first class.

They have top-of-the-line equipment, jacketed tanks and oak barrels.

Suzanne and her husband own the winery.  Among other assorted duties, she is the chief salesperson.  When we take our plastic bottles in for a refill, she treats us as if we were placing an order for 10,000 cases.  

We are hoping Croatia has great success with their entry into the EU next year.  We know there will be many changes - some good, some not so good.  One thing we are hoping will not change is this wonderful trip to Vivoda to refill the wine bottles at $2.30 per 750ml bottle.
