We only visited one winery. Although every village has its own collective winery and many individuals maintain private operations, this was the only winery on the island open to visitors.
The best part: a small museum of antiquated wine-making equipment. Aside from the pig skin, it doesn't look very much different than what we use today.
Most of the wine produced in the area is white. Stanley found a bottle he liked.
