On the move again. We spent the morning recovering from our late night with Ken Peltier, a little laundry, and packing up. Down the road a sum total of 27 miles to Eagle River AK we found a sweet little boutique hotel, Eagle River Lodge. Highly recommend!
Our objective was a visit with Andy Zajac, another neighbor of mine from Glennallen days. Andy was the adult in the room for me when Buddy died. I will always be grateful for his help with all the details that go along with unexpected death.
Jenny, his daughter who lives in Germany, was there also Sweet bonus!
It was a great visit and a delicious dinner. We talked about everything from Meconopsis baileyi to German politics and even a little Glennallen chatter.
Ya just gotta love this guy!❤️
